Canada: Molson Coors Brewing Co. declared a quarterly dividend

Molson Coors Brewing Company announced on May 12 a quarterly dividend of US$0.32 per share, payable June 15, 2005, to shareholders of record May 31, 2005. The quarterly dividend is payable to holders of Class "A" and Class "B" common stock of Molson Coors Brewing Company, as well as to holders of Class "A" and Class "B" exchangeable shares of Molson Coors Canada Inc.

Molson Coors Brewing Company is the fifth largest brewer in the world. It sells its products in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Molson Coors is the leading brewer in Canada, the second largest in the U.K, and the third largest brewer in the U.S. The company's brands include Coors Light, Molson Canadian, Molson Dry, Carling, Kaiser, Coors, and Zima XXX.
